    I think Puerto Rico is a good option for you, as I assume they will accept your credentials. Maybe try finding the job through some network before arriving there, since you do not have a lot of money to live off if you’re unemployed. Another way of travelling to some areas of South America could be doing some sort of volunteer work, like maybe Peace Corp or something like that where they might need a dietitian to help in certain health areas

    There is no problem for you to go work in Puerto Rico. It is part of the USA and you can just move there without any immigration problems at all. Also many speak English there too. You could get a job right away at a hospital and take Spanish at night!

    By the way, there are more Spanish speakers in California than there are in Puerto Rico. 55% of the population in California has Spanish as their 1st or 2nd language! East LA is one of the most foreign places I’ve ever been!
